Not fussed about which property? Pick a room type on Stay Options — Standard, Standard AC or Deluxe — and we'll confirm the best available partner hotel for you and share its exact name and address once your booking is confirmed.

Booked a specific hotel? You already know where you're staying. Booked a room type? We confirm your assigned property and send the full details.
It depends on how you book. If you pick a hotel directly from our Hotels page, yes — you'll see its name, photos, star rating and reviews upfront, and your booking is for that exact property. If you instead choose a room type on Stay Options without picking a hotel, we assign the best available partner property from our network and send you its name, address, Google Maps link and check-in instructions right after your booking is confirmed.
Your booking moves to "Pending Confirmation" while our team verifies availability and your identity document. Once confirmed, you'll receive your stay details via WhatsApp/SMS, and your booking status will update to "Confirmed."
Please carry your Booking ID and the same identity document you uploaded during booking, for verification at the property.
