Documents You'll Need

Keep these ready before you start — you can upload them all in one go during registration:

  • Owner / Manager ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving Licence)
  • Property ownership document or lease/rent agreement
  • PAN card
  • A recent photo of the property
  • GST certificate and Hotel/Trade licence (if available — optional but speeds up verification)
  • Bank passbook or cancelled cheque (for future settlement reference)

How Does the Booking / Guest-Facing Site Work?

Guests browse room types and photos on SaiStay — never your hotel's name, only the room category, photos, and approximate distance from Sai Baba Temple. This keeps pricing and quality consistent across our partner network. Your hotel's exact identity is only shared with the guest once their booking is confirmed and paid for.

What Do I See in My Hotel Portal?

Once activated, you get a private login to your own Hotel Portal where you can see every booking SaiStay sends you, the total revenue already collected on your behalf, the amount still pending to be collected from guests at check-in, and you can upload new room photos any time.
